We operate three modern wholesale facilities with a total capacity of 925,000 barrels. Warex services retailers as well as local, state and federal municipalities. We offer a wide selection of major retail gasoline brands including Mobil, Exxon, Shell/ Texaco, BP/Amoco, Sunoco, Citgo, Gulf, and Getty. In addition to operating our wholesale facilities and transportation fleet, we provide risk management tools to market energy products for local heating oil companies. Warex Terminals Corporation is headquartered in Newburgh, NY and operates marketing offices throughout the Northeast. The corporation was established in 1960 with the acquisition of Sam & Irv's Oil Company of Newburgh, New York. Subsequently, the adjoining oil terminal was purchased from Getty Oil. This operation was known as Mid Valley Petroleum Corporation until 1989, when the name was changed to Warex Terminals Corporation. Warex is a subsidiary of Warren Equities, Inc., a privately held company based in Providence, Rhode Island, and a proud member of the Warren Equities family of Companies.
